I picked this up to change my life and what do u know it has. Now after being released from the asylum i will never need a self help book again!

I like all these self help books, but to see concrete examples of someone in need and how she survived, I would also suggest the book MY LAST REMAINS by Jill (also on amazon)

It would be good to hear of more people who use this technique because it really does work. This is a technique you can call on at any time; you don’t need to make an appointment with a therapist; you don’t need to spend time with additional self help books. Just use the technique!

This is a rewarding book with practical insights to embracing a more meaningful life. Forgiveness, as addressed in this empowering read, I found to be especially helpful. I also highly recommend another motivational book: Walking the Trail, One Man’s Journey Along the Cherokee Trail of Tears, by Jerry Ellis.
