I got this book for my friend who was having a hard time. She was drinking heavily. After a few months she told me that this book helped her stop drinking. I was amazed! What a wonderful tool for so many people to understand why they do the things they do.

This workbook was a wonderful tool for helping me learn so much more about myself at a deeper level. I used it as a journal and still go back almost daily to add to it and re-read things I have written to see how much progress I have made or changes. I cannot compliment this book enough.
