I can eat butter or margarine from its container!  What can I say … I can be gross!  Why would I only let me kids eat gross stuff; right?

Even when I eat my oatmeal it has to cook certain way so I can let the 1/2 to 3/4 of butter stick melt on top of the oatmeal; as you can tell I don’t order oatmeal from restaurants.

I know … my hubby and kids (who would have thought) don’t even touch that stuff!  Guess it’s too much for them.  Me on the other hand love it!  Yummy!

Back to my point.  Since I am getting “little” bit older now my doctor informed me to stop ingesting so much butter.  I don’t have a high cholesterol problem or anything (actually it was at the normal level), but I don’t want to find out in couple of years that I can’t have anything because my cholesterol level went up!

I honestly think my doctor thinks I am a freak of nature or something … he was really shocked when I told him all the stuff I should (or anybody should) be eating!

So, I have been using I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter product, and it is rather tasty.  I really like the whipped butter so I picked up few containers from Dillons (Gerbes).

It’s on sale for $1.79 (as part of MEGA sale); so with coupon it comes to $0.79 a tub.  Really great price considering these little babies are EXPENSIVE!!!  That figures; right?
