Restaurant Quality Breakfast on Budget Price

Would have published earlier, but I just ran out of time!  It’s Halloween season so between parties and get togethers I really got preoccupied.

Anyhoot … I go all out on breakfasts on Sundays.  We used to go to restaurants, but I really got fed up with services, prices, and waiting to get a table!

This is one our my family’s favorite … cheese omelet, pancakes and potatoes … talk about carb-overload!

Each person got 2 egg cheese omelet, side of hashbrowns,  1/2 an apple, and two pancakes! Delicious!

Breaking it down …

dozen eggs … staple, but if you want to count eggs it was $1.20

Pancake mix … FREE (mega sale and with coupon it was FREE)

Apple … $0.50

Cheese … Staple

Potatoes … Store had 5 lb bag for $0.99 and used 4 potatoes … but let’s assume it’s $0.25

Total: $1.95

This fed 5 people, and still had leftover pancakes; which I later fed to my dogs!  They love pancakes!!!

Not too shabby!  I just need my family to tip me after they are done with their breakfast!!!  LOL
